I got a new AAP-01 airsoft gun and decided to modify it with a silencer. I went to Thingiverse and found this design. I wanted my gun to have red accents, so I printed the silencer on my Ender 5 Pro in Hatchbox red. I painted all the raised areas with black paint and used a Sharpie for the small line work. I tried to use a dry brush to paint on just the raised edges but that did not work. So, I cleaned the paint off with hot water and a wire brush and tried again with with the Sharpie. I like these results much better. The red unpainted base shows through, making the wolf design clean and precise. I assembled the pieces together and sealed it all with a clear spray paint.
