Valentine Joy!

I LOVE holidays! It’s almost Valentine’s Day, which gives a perfect opportunity to tell friends, teammates and family that you love them! One day at a thrift shop, I picked up some old framed pictures, and repurposed them to give new life. I painted the canvas with chalk paint, and for the Love-sweet-Love sign, I painted the frame red. Once dry, I added lettering with liquid chalk markers and gave the old frames new life!

I liked the natural wood color of this frame, so I just cleaned it, but didn’t paint it.

Aren’t these little gnomes adorable? I bought the svg from Roeller’s Designs on Etsy, and added my own little twist by changing up the vinyl, and ironing it onto wood! Layering vinyl adds so much life to the design.

I put this little table of goodies together for my team at church, and sent them a text to let them know how much I ‘love’ serving with them. My daughter made three different kinds of donuts, and my son built out the cute individual boxes. Each team member picked a flavor, and took a sweet treat home with them.

I added this joyful Valentine wreath to our porch and it makes me happy each time I come home.

Do you have any plans to share some love with people in your life this week?
